We respect your privacy and only use the information you share to help your family.

What we collect
When you contact us through this website, we collect the details you choose to provide, typically your name, email address, phone number, and any information you share about your child and what you're looking for.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, and provide the services you ask about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
How we store it
Enquiry details are saved in private website storage so they remain available independently of email. When email notifications are enabled, a copy is also sent to our team. We keep details only as long as needed to support you and take reasonable steps to keep your information secure.
Partner requests
We record your chosen partner and the time of your request alongside your enquiry. The form sends the request to Illumina only. We ask before passing personal information to a partner.
Service providers and backups
Hosting and email providers process information to operate the website and deliver messages. Authorised Illumina staff can view and export enquiries through a protected admin area. Database backups retain up to 14 daily copies. Copies may remain in backups until they expire. Contact us about retention, provider locations or any international processing before submitting sensitive information.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Just email us at info@illumina-learning.com and we'll take care of it.
Cookies
We use an essential session cookie to protect the enquiry form and show your confirmation. When analytics is enabled, we ask your permission before loading Google Analytics to measure visits, saved enquiries and partner referral clicks. You can decline or change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer. Your choice is saved in your browser. Our enquiry events do not include your name, email, phone number, child details or message. We do not enable advertising personalization.
